When you register as a client of our clinic, you provide consent for our staff to access and use your personal information so they can provide you with the best possible healthcare. Only staff who need to see your personal information will have access to it.

How long we retain your data
We retain your information as long as your are a client. If you stop using our services, information is kept for seven (7) years after your last appointment, as per ANTA guidelines, and is then deleted and removed from all systems.
What rights you have over your data
You can request to receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, including any information you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal information we hold about you. This does not include any information we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Our clinic stores all personal information securely. Personal information is stored electronically. Any notes taken during consultation are uploaded to a scure platform and hard copies are shredded and disposed of securely.
